The kitchen is fully equipped. Dining table, which will comfortably seat 10 people, can be doubled by a second, identical one. In the living room, there is a table for bridge or chess and TV space equipped with a big screen and sofas. The living room is split into the two areas by a glazed fireplace.
On the first floor there is an open library, which can be reached by stairs or by footbridge running over the dining area. Above the library there is a table tennis room and on the third floor the office with a desk and a spectacular view.

However, do not expect sophisticated luxuries at home, home interior is simple, almost rustic. Bedrooms are small and simply furnished. Nevertheless. an open kitchen, dining and living room of 300 m2 and a height of 6 meters will let you enjoy unprecedented space. Large terrace by the kitchen is an attractive place to eat and to contemplate the view of the beautiful countryside.
WATER AND RELAXATION
As part of the estate there is a lake with a pier for free fishing and beach (250 m from the house).
People loving nature and a bit of excercise will find the garden, forest and court (volleyball, badminton) very pleasing.
An indoor swimming pool (4,5x8,5m, depth 1,35m), sauna, steam room, billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts and finally wigwam with a barbecue and tables will enable leisure regardless of weather conditions.
Multilingual library will allow for a moment of reverie by the fireplace.
ROOMS
(for a maximum of 13 people plus two infants)
On the ground floor:
One family bedroom (20 m2) with one double bed (140) and one single bed (90). The room features a shared bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, a shower and a washing machine.
The fact that this room and bathroom have a wide door (90), and the entire ground floor and terrace do not have doorsteps, will allow easy use of strollers or wheelchairs.
On the floor:
One large and spacious bedroom (35 m2) with a double bed (160), open bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
One family bedroom (25 m2) with one double bed (140) and two single beds (90). The room has a bathroom with shower , toilet and a washbasin.
Two smalls bedrooms (9 m2), each with one double bed (140) have a shared bathroom with shower, washbasin and a toilet.
ATTRACTIONS NEAR BY
Four kilometers from the house there is a Leźno stable (Stajnia Leźno) where you can ride a horse or a wagon through the woods. The stable is located in the said Landscape Park, where you can take walking and cycling tours. Its attraction is also a nature reserve - Jar Brynica. For those who wish to get to know the area within a day trip there is Toruń (100 km) Brodnica (30 km), Grunwald (70 km), Ilawa (40 km) or you can also have a cruise in the Elblag canal.
SERVICES
A well-stocked shop is located in the village, 1 km from the house. Bigger shopping can be done in Lidzbark Welski, 13 km from home. The Doctor office is 10 km from the house or come after call.
There is a free Wi-Fi network in the house.
